这个问题我赞同Alex老师的意见。各位老师引用的资料当然没错，但问题就出在单词的语义理解上。当我们问价格是多少的时候，是问的表示价值的价格数字，所以我们说“What' the price?” 当我们问一件物品价值多少，问的是物品的价值数量，所以我们说“How much is that?” 这和我们问房间号和问数学算式类似：What is your room number? What is two and two? 所以，单就表示价格的数字本身无所谓贵贱，只有高低，但是当我们进行价格比较的时候，比的就是它们代表的数量了，这时可以用much来表示量，只是可能这种比较的例句少，不好找佐证。我在韦氏词典看到一类似例句，可以证明价格比较可以用much，little等修饰。The price is less online than at the store, but once you add shipping costs, it’s a wash. [=the two prices are about the same] 另一个问题就是比较项的问题，这里that one 没有上下文，指代不明，如果就其本身来分析，则只能是指that price，而不是that skirt.所以，让句子意义明晰完整的可能说法应该是：The price of this skirt is three times as much as the price of that one. 或者The price of this skirt is three times as much as that one’s又或者如Alex老师所说The price of this skirt is three times as much as that one costs. 

拉莫斯牛牛网友的怀疑是有道理的。询问“价格”不用how much，更不能用how many。在汉语中，“价钱太贵了”常可被人接受，但在英语中，价格要说“high”或“low”；商品要说“expensive”或“cheap”。例如：

Recently, vegetable prices are a little high. 最近蔬菜价格有点高（或贵）。

Recently, vegetables are a little expensive. 最近蔬菜有点贵。

▲《薄冰英语惯用法词典》有如下说明：

❶ ……

注：说到某物“贵”或“便宜”时，price习惯与high, heavy, good, great, low, bad small等连用，不可与expensive, dear或cheap连用。例如：

The price of the apples is high（或low）.苹果的价格贵（或便宜）。不可说：* The price of the apples is expensive（或dear, cheap）

❷询问price时，习惯用what。例如：

What is the price of the car? = How much is the car? 这辆汽车是什么价？不可说：*How much is the price of the car? / *How many prices are you asking for the car?

▲《葛传槼英语惯用法词典》在谈到price时，也有如下说明：

下面三句意思相同：

What is the price of the cabbages today?

What price are cabbages today?

What are cabbages today?

价格price需要用金钱money进行具体化描述，金钱属于不可数名词，很多钱，只能用much money，不能说many money

The price of this skirt is three times as much as  that one.

这件裙子的价格(90元)是那件裙子(30元)三倍。

(A) The price of this skirt is 90 yuan.

(B)The price of that one is 30 yuan.

A的价格是B的价格3倍 把2个句子用A three times as much as B合成一个句子，就是下面句子

The price of this skirt is three times as much as  that one.

你可以换个角度想一想，问某件衣服多少钱，是How MUCH does it cost? 还是 How MANY does it？答案不就很明显了？呵呵
