非限定动词时间比较问题
逻辑上是design sth to do sht. to do是design的目的状语。因此是参照designed的时间，即当时设计时间。但designed是动态动词的过去分词，它的时间要参照谓语时间，必须是谓语之前的动作才能用过去分词。
