我想问一下网友:这句话为何不可以使用一般现在时?你认为应该使用什么时态?

这个并列句,其实存在因果关系,前一分句使用现在完成时,表示对现在情况的影响,后一分句正好说明了这个问题。主系表结构使用一般现在时,表明现在的状况,再正常不过。句子意思是:白天的时间变长了,(因此)员工的身影随处可见。
