（1）He is easy to fool. 说明他老实本分不狡猾。着重点在于描写他的性格。（2）To fool him is easy. 此句跟句3是一回事，但直接用不定式开头，显得唐突。现实语言不常用，一般用来讲解语法。（3）It is easy to fool him.这句，着重点在于描写 fool him 这种行为，很容易做到，不用费事。

不能说是“画蛇添足”。虽然这个 And 可以不用，但用了也不是错误。and（因此，而且）, but （但是）和 for（因为），这几个并列连词，不仅可以引导并列分句，还可以引出独立的句子。虽然前面的句子用了句号，但与前文仍然存在这几种意义关系。
