没有“真实语气”这种说法。应该是陈述语气。even though 通常后接陈述语气谓语。even if后接陈述语气或虚拟语气。判断谓语形式是否是虚拟语气，不仅仅是动词形式，要看是否用过去形式表示现在或将来时间意义。用had done形式表示过去时间。
