it可以去掉吗
（that）it surveyed at...是定语从句，省略了作宾语的关系代词。it 指代前面提到的那个机构。如果没有it, 则surveyed at就成了一个过去分词短语作定语了。语法上也是成立的。但是原文既然有it，表示这项调查不是别人做的，而是该机构自己做的，所以不宜改变句子结构。

忽略这种说法。按照这种说法用一般现在时，会掉进沟里的。我没有在哪本语法书中看到过这种对一般现在时用法的解释。现在放学了。如果学生还在学校，则用一般将来时；学生们正在离校回家，用现在进行时；学生们已经离校回家了，用现在完成时。而用一般现在时似乎是错误的句子。除非这是所谓的历史性现在用法，或者谈论计划的...
