为什么提升主语结构的to后面都加一个be？例如：there is believe...
提升主语结构并非都有to be. 例如：Tom is said to have a big house. Mary is believed to have moved to China. 只有原来的that从句的谓语动词含有be, 提升主语结构才必要有to be. that从句为there存在句时，一定有be. 所以there提升为主句主语时，后面一定有to be.
