我的理解是这样的。你不能把onwards 放在从句后面把这个习惯搭配分隔开。如果你非要这么表达，可以这样用：will come into effect from the day onwards, the day when the company is established. 当然这样比较繁琐，一般是没有必要的。come into effect 能否接动态动词，我的理解和曹老师有些不同。from that day onward...
