老师：从这句话的意思表达上来说后面谓语部分decays and ruins the walls it embraces的主语应该是ivy，但从句子结构上看False friendship应该是句子的主语，但逻辑上好像还有些问题，比较困惑。

另外就是这个部分：前后都带有逗号, like the ivy,它在句子中是怎样的成分？前后逗号的作用是什么？
