原文：我们不得不承认，即使人类拥有再高的智商，再多的大脑容量，再充足的生命时间，也不能满足理解和储存全部人类知识的要求。

A译文：We have to admit that even with the highest intelligence, the biggest memory capacity and the longest life, we humanity still can’t meet the requirements for understanding and storing all human knowledge.

B译文：What we have to admit is that even if human were given the highest IQ, the largest brain capacity and the longest life, we would still cannot meet the demand for understanding and storing all knowledge of humanity.

不用虚拟语气，因为这里讲的是事实或真理。even with 一般也不和虚拟语气连用。注意你的第二句有个笔误，"would still cannot".
