不需要用and. 要注意的是：根据一位外国人的解答，一般来说neither...nor 用作代词或形容词时，不用于两个以上。但用作副词时可以指两个以上，即neither...nor..nor... 你的问题句用作副词，所以可以指两个以上。外国人的解答如下：Fowler reminds us that when "neither" is used as a pronoun or adjective (which here it isn't) it means "not the one nor the other of two" and should not be used when there are more than two alternatives, but he says that this restriction does not apply when "neither" is used as an adverb (which here it is), and gives the example "Neither fish nor flesh nor fowl".
