用so和that都可以——so侧重方式，that侧重所告诉的内容。

你这个题应该选that. that 代词，注意单独使用代物不代人。例如：I found this wallet. 可以说 I found this (pronoun)

I know this girl. 但不能说I know this.

so 为副词，用在一些动词后表示以这样或那样的方式。如：Ｉ think so. I hope so. 等。
