你的二个句子涉及的都是比较分句的倒装。比较分句的倒装是选择性的，而不是必具性的。所以不倒装也是可以的。倒装的目的是使比较分句的主语位于分句末尾，起到避免分句头重脚轻或者强调分句主语的作用。
