平常看到的句子都是There is no doubt that ...，今天做题时看到一个句子是：There is no doubt to say that ...请问有这种用法吗？

no doubt 后一般不与不定式连用，因此没有there is no doubt to say的说法。如果出现的话，也不是规范表述，甚至可以说是病句。

记忆中（国外主流报刊杂志刊登的文章），多次看到这种表达，还有加the fact的，there is no doubt to say the fact that... 所以，这些表达都是acceptable。

保险起见，我查了查资料，比如Rufai Muftau博士在2016年的时候，发表过一篇讨论非盟寻求和平所面临的挑战的文章，文章两种表达都用到了：

1）there is no doubt that this aim, if pursued with...

2）There is no doubt to say the fact that peace and security are very essential for...

总之，正确与否都是相对的，随着社会的发展，正确的“标准”也会慢慢发生变化，全球一体化发展到今天，你遇到的每5个操英文的人中，就会至少有3个是non-native speaker，所以没必要片面地追求所谓的“地道”。个人看法是：只要是well-educated person 用的表达，都可以模仿，学英语是为了交流，而不是考试......

在正式英语中，There is no doubt to do...是错误的表达。
