短语动词后接that引导的宾语从句
短语动词后面可以接 that 引导的宾语从句吗？我原来以为是不可以的，我想，即使短语动词后面接宾语从句，也只能接 what, when, where, why, who 等引导的宾语从句，而不能接 that 引导的宾语从句。但今天看到了这样一个句子：
He tried to get through to me that he was trying to help me. 他设法想让我知道他是在设法帮助我。
应该说这里的that he’s wasting his life in that job 是短语动词 get through 的宾语。我的疑问是：短语动词 get through可以接 that 引导的宾语从句吗？如果可以的话，我想知道还有哪些短语动词也可以接 that 引导的宾语从句？敬请专家老师给予解答，非常感谢！

基本上同意黎老师的观点，但有一点小补充：
英语中的get through to sb 意思是“让人听懂”“让人理解”，其中的get后面通常没有宾语。如以下各句摘自张道真《现代英语用法词典》get词条：
I can’t get through to her. (ELD)
The little boy could not get through to his housemother. (DAI)
The boy is just stupid; I can’t get through to him at all, even when I explain things in words of one syllable. (CIE)
但有时 get 后面也可带有自己的宾语。如以下一句也摘自张道真《现代英语用法词典》get词条：
I can’t seem to get it through (to him). (DCE)
如果 get 的宾语是 that 从句，则通常将 that 从句放在句末，此时的 get 后面可以用形式宾语 it，也可以省略。比如下面一句仍摘自张道真《现代英语用法词典》get词条：
I can’t get (it) through to him that he must rest. (DCE)

get through 后接 that 引导的宾语从句时，必须用it作形式宾语，例如：
I can't get it through to my son that he has to study hard now. 我无法向儿子讲通现在必须努力学习的道理。(it 是代指 that 从句的形式宾语 )（《外研社英汉多功能词典》p.885）
所以，He tried to get through to me that he was trying to help me. 这个句子应该改为：
He tried to get it through to me that he was trying to help me.
