stage,occasion作定语从句的先行词时后关系副词的选用
你所谓的“不缺成分”，实际是指不缺主动宾。如果缺少状语，如地点状语和时间状语，你可能体会不出来，但仍然缺少成分。如果 stage 是先行词，而定语从句不缺主动宾的话，用 when 还是 where都正确。
