be full of 是系表结构表示主语的状态。be filled with为被动语态表示动作的发生。至于be用什么时态与此无关。你该用什么时态就用什么时态，这是不该问的。就好比我问你，eat该用什么时态？ 难道你不知道一般现在时和一般过去时的区别？
