made called用法疑惑
两个过去分词made和called可以连在一起用，说得复杂点像双重定语从句，两个定语层次不同：made修饰an agreement，called修饰an agreement (made)。

as/so…as的用法有什么限制吗
A和C的区别在于是用副词还是形容词，去掉比较结构看看应该用哪个词性。Mary speaks Spanish fluently. 原句还原：... but of course (Mary does) not (speak Spanish) so/as fluently as a native speaker.
