请问这里的不定式to develop the first hybrid rice是定语还是什么？我本来觉得是定语修饰difficulties，但是rice后面的定语从句that could be used for farming in 1974又让我感觉不定式像是要表达一种develop的结果，难道是结果状语？但是似乎不定式作结果状语又没有这样用的……
