网友的句子没有错，但把 it 与 me 交换一下位置也可以：

He didn't tell it me.

He didn't tell me it.

补充：对于带双宾语的动词，通常的表达是“动词+sb+sth”或“动词+sth+介词(to/for)+sb”，但如果两个宾语都是代词，且sth为it时，it 后面的 to 有时可以省略（主要见于非正式的的英国英语中）。如：

He gave it (to) me before I left.

I'll give it (to) him when I see him

She picked up the pen and gave it (to) him.

I’ll bring it (to) you tomorrow.

Let me tell the story, as mother told it (to) us.
