whether...or...和either...or...的选用

如果不考虑语境，应该两个都可以。但两个含义有点差别，whether...or... 表示两种可能性都有，而either...or... 常指二个选择只能选其一。因此，我会选whether...or...，感觉更自然。请看两个类似用法的外刊例句：
