我不知道你这个句子是哪里看到的。从语义上，which 应该修饰句子主语the use of knee braces. 但感觉这样写比较笨拙，也容易产生歧义，特别是对听者而言。我在外网搜了一下，原句出自美国的一个网站，原句和你的句子基本相同，但不是用的which, 而是and.这样当然就不会产生歧义了。
