1. using这里引导方式状语，修饰的是动词provided。using的逻辑主语不是graph，而是不言自明的（people）。这是现在分词稍微有些特殊的用法。

例如：

(of a material) produced using substances derived from living organisms (Collins)

something produced using skill and experience (Cambridge)

语义上也更通顺——四种不同方式所生产/提供的电能。

2. 如上所述，比较的是四种方式生产/提供的电量，所以可以用amounts，用amount也行。
