glad(感激，感谢)只能作表语吗

是的，glad表示“感激”时只能用作表语，且通常后接 of 短语或 if 从句。如：

1. be glad of sth

I was quite glad of his help. 我很感激他的帮助。

解答：glad属于表语形容词，只能放在系动词后面作表语，结构为be glad

Be glad后面可以接以下4种形式

【1】be glad of +名词(sth)

I'd be glad of your help.你若能帮助我，我会非常感激。

【2】be glad to do+名词(sth)

I'd be glad to lend you the money.我很乐意借给你钱。

I'll be glad to show you everything.我将很乐意向你们展示一切。

We should be glad to answer any questions. 我们愿意回答任何问题。

If you'd like me to help you, I'd be only too glad to do that.若要我帮忙，我非常愿意效劳。

【3】be glad that-从句

I'm glad that I relented in the end.我很高兴自己的态度最终缓和了下来
