请问这里的介词短语作定语还是做状语

Holding her new yellow bathrobe around her with both arms, She walked up to him.

They left the apartment ,pulling the spring lock shut behind them.

这两句中的around her和behind them

They left the apartment ,pulling the spring lock shut behind them.中，behind them 是状语，跟with both arms 一样。另外pulling the spring lock shut 也是宾补结构。

bathrobe 是hold的宾语，around her修饰bathrobe，所以是宾语补足语。

behind them 修饰lock，但是与前面的动词pull没有关系，因为不管pull不pull，lock都behind them，所以，behind them 是lock的后置定语，此句可改写成pulling the lock behind them shut.
