So it seems paradoxical to talk about habits in the same context as creativity and innovation.请问老师，这里的as做什么成分？引导定从怎么翻译呢？

这里的as是一个介词，as creativity and innovation是一个介词短语，不是从句。

这句话的意思是，“所以，在和（谈论）创造力和创新相同的语境中谈论习惯似乎是自相矛盾的。”

具体as短语做什么成分，我觉得不必太过纠结，理解the same as的结构就可以。

提供一个参考：

张道真编著的《英语语法大全》第1版下册，第1698项，P356中提到

He does not work so hard as his brother. 这里的as his brother是修饰so的状语。

类似的，我觉得这里的as creativity and innovation可以理解为修饰same的状语。
