Every good disaster movie has a scene in which the characters realise that they are in mortal peril, that the threat they all fear is much closer than anyone had thought. 为什么第二个that前没加and？是不是表示不完全列举？谢谢答疑解惑的老师们。

是的，realise后接二个that引导的宾语从句。二个宾语从句没有用and，意味着列举不完整，还是未提及的内容。

in which 是定语从句；第一个that是宾从；第二次that其实不是从句，that the threat（（这里有个定从的taht被省略（定从的连接词在从句中作宾语可以省略）了）they all fear（动词后面缺宾语，that本来是这里的宾语）），
