定语从句和并列的问题

I have to give you three copies of the work that you need to do and send them to me.

请问老师 and them to me 是属于从句里面的吗，如果是属于从句里面，那为什么还要加them，不是已经有that充当宾语成分了吗？

那就应该是 you need to do（that）and send （that）to me 啊？

你从哪里看到的这个句子？them 应该去掉。
