我百度了一下，英语四级和高考练习题里都有这道题。我认为原答案是对的。So many tourist spots does Beijing offer that most visitors run out of time before seeing them all. 在so...that...句式中，so在句首如果不是修饰主语的定语话，一般要倒装。问题句的主语是Beijing, so many tourist spots 是宾语。为了强调，宾语前置，so在句首，采取部分倒装, 这种用法一般见于书面语或正式文体。现代英语中比较常见的说法是Beijing offers so many tourist spots that most visitors run out of time before seeing them all.

1. So many tourist spots （does Beijing offer） that most visitors run out of time before seeing them all.

该句可以判定为错句。

so many 为限定词，后面接名词时，没有引起句子倒装的条件。原句正确的表达应为：

Beijing offers so many tourist spots that most visitors run out of time before seeing them all.

如果为了强调宾语，也可把宾语so many tourist spots 前置，但不能产生倒装。应该是：

So many tourist spots Beijing offers that most visitors run out of time before seeing them all.

2. 关于图片中的叙述，也有错误。其实，这类倒装都是部分倒装，不存在完全倒装。书上误认为操作词 be 提前就是全部倒装，实在是大错特错。如第二句：
