非限制定语从句怎么理解

老师们好，Today we're using a large 40cm Le Creuset pot, the inside of which I am instructed to both butter and oil. 这个句子后面的非限制定语从句，该如何解释？the inside of which在这个从句是做地点状语么？还有to both butter and oil是做主补么？

Today we’re using a large 40cm Le Creuset pot, the inside of which I am instructed to both butter and oil.

这句话中butter和oil都是及物动词，前者涂黄油于……，后者涂油于……，所以the inside of which作这两个动词的宾语。the inside of which也可以写为of which the inside。to both butter and oil是不定式短语作主补。

网友从哪里抄的句子？整个定语从句有错误，特别是 I am instructed to 。此外，不知道成分的关系，不要随便乱用术语“主补”。
