这应该是个错误，应该用复数。即使表达老师和他的父亲是同一人，但英语书面不这么表达，可以说His teacher father teaches French. 或：His father, also my teacher, teaches French. 即使这样His father and teacher的表达虽然符合语法规则，但不符合惯用。
