1)我觉得这个would是表示意愿，即“我不愿意”，但是这个“意愿”和虚拟语气用would表委婉是一回事吗？怎么区别二者？

2)为什么would后面用have asked而不用would ask？我知道would have done可以表推测，或者是“本来能实现却未实现”的含义，但would have done也能表示意愿吗？
