with 表示 “涉及”之意，其中一种用法是跟表示 “不利、消极”的词语搭配，例如：trouble, difficulty, problem, wrong 以及 the matter（麻烦事）等，表示“对......（而言）不利”，引申为“不顺利、有问题、有困难、有麻烦、有故障”，等等。看作“涉及状语”。例如：
I have great difficulty with the boss.
我和老板关系很僵。
Parking in the community is a problem even with small cars.
即便对于小汽车来说，小区停车场地也是个问题。
