我们不能简单地把报名人数创了新高解读为教师已经成为热门的职业：We can not superficially read the applicants hitting a record into teaching having been a hot profession. 老师，这里语法结构正确吗？可以这么用吗？谢谢老师解答！

我认为这个译文把“解读”翻译为read something into something是错误的。

《牛津词典》

read into

phrasal verb

read something into something

to think that something means more than it really does

Don't read too much into what she says.

由此可知，该译文把A和B的位置放反了。

其实，这个句子应该用interpret来翻译“解读”。

我们不能简单地把报名人数创了新高解读为教师已经成为热门的职业。

We cannot simply interpret the record-setting applicants to mean that teaching has become a hot profession.
