no man and no wowan...作主语时的主谓一致

问题1：可否改成 No man and woman in that city has voted against him.（把后面那个no删掉了）？

还有 every man and woman has.....; each man and woman has.....;(把and后面的every、each可否删掉？)

问题2； No men and no women in that city have voted against him.(用has还是have？主谓一致里这个no 是不是只能接单数名词？)

no/every + 复数名词 + and + （no/every +）复数名词 + 谓语动词用复数；

同理：
