如果加上is，就是二个分句。可这连个分句之间既没有并列标记也没有从属标记。故为语法错误。如果在句子中的逗号后加上and, 则为并列句，则必须加上is。正因为没有并列连词，逗号后不可能是主谓结构，只能是状语（独立主格结构）。
