人口老龄化正确说法
population ageing 是较准确的说法，该词条已收录到维基百科。https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Population_ageing aging population 是老龄化的人口的意思，也可以说grey population.

当然是目的状语了，如果是定语的话，除非这个软件专门为你设计的，仅帮助你，不帮助别人。逻辑主语是programme.
