A Department of Health spokesman said it hoped the cheaper price would encourage more men to see a GP.

You are most likely to get cheap prices in the afternoon if targets haven't been met.

The price is low. It's cheap. The price is cheap - unbelievably cheap!(不过此时,如果你细细体会,这句话的重点已经不是强调客观的数值刻度了,而是一种主观价值判断——真TMD的便宜!)。

一家之言,仅供参考;
