以下字典给出的搭配词条：

请问以上1-3搭配中的to be/have sth该如何理解，我以为是后面只能接字面含义的to be/have(有)sth，但是又经常见到to have done sth.的，这是为什么呢？

4.strike（给某人以……印象）：strike sb as sth 给出的例句是：His reaction struck me as odd. 请问odd是sth吗？为什么会有这种不符？

5.since（adv.）字典标注了一句：与现在完成时或过去完成时连用；但是给出有一个例句是：The health of the British people was better at the end of the Second World War than at any time before or since.请问该句为什么没有用完成时态？为什么会有这种矛盾？
