你的这两道题中，二者不能互换。因为第二句指的是宇航员乘飞行器着陆，飞行器着陆一般用land, 不能用step onto，step onto 常用作指人，所以第一句可以用step, 当然人也可以用land。一般登陆星球，常强调的是登陆的结果，所以通常用land on, 如landed on Mars. 假如飞行员跳伞落地，侧重触地的过程，可以用landed onto the ground. 如果仅指落地，当然也可以用landed on the ground.
