关于用“这些”“那些”修饰“不可数名词”

如果想表达“我希望这些建议对你有帮助”，可以说I hope these suggestions are helpful to you.
那如果把suggestions换成advice，怎么表达“这些建议”呢？
类似的，如果是其他不可数名词，想表达“这些”的意思，比如这些信息information，这些水water，前面该加什么样的限定词呢？能用these或this吗？

对于不可数名词，要表示“这些”“那些”，可以一律用 the：
The water won’t last long. 这些水维持不了多久。
Make sure the bread is quite cool. 得让这些面包凉透了。
Handle the fruit carefully or it will bruise. 这些水果要小心搬运，不然会碰伤。
如果要用 these, those，则可以考虑用相应（即同义）的可数名词，比如我们不说 these / those advice，但可以说 these / those proposals (suggestions)：
The workers are very much behind these proposals. 工人们非常支持这些建议。
She is emphatically opposed to the proposals. 她坚决反对这些建议。
She made the suggestions off her own bat. 她提这些建议完全是她自己的意思。
