若语境需要，too...to...句式中的不定式完全可以用完成式。如：
He is far too clever to have done that. 他太聪明了，不会干出那样的事。
He is too young to have seen the old society. 他太年轻，没有见过旧社会。
We are too young to have lived through the war. 我们太年轻，没经历过那场战争。
其实除完成式外还可用进行式。如：
I think you’re a bit too young to be watching this movie. 我觉得你年纪还小，不能看这部电影。
It was plainly too hot to be working in the sun. 在太阳底下干活显然太热了。
You are too young to be meeting young men. 你太小，不能交男朋友。
