通常而言，这两个词可以互换，但仍然有细微的区别：

如果是基于个人文化背景或个人经历，而偏向某类人/群体或某种文化，这属于bias。比如说，作为一位中国人，如果你认为中国文化一枝独秀，比其它任何国家的文化都优越，那就属于cultural bias；bias可以用于正面的，也可以用于负面的；

如果只是因为对某类人/群体或某种文化有先入为主的态度（往往是基于有限的或者是不太正确的信息，缺乏真正了解），从而对该类类人/群体或该种文化持有负面的看法，就属于prejudice；prejudice多半用于负面；

在没有上下文的前提下，你的那四句话，两个词可以互换，但是表达的含义会有所区别。
