关于feeling和leave作为状语成分，ing形式的请教

　This is the greatest mystery of our adult life: How can we spend all day typing at a computer and go home feeling exhausted? How could merely activating the small muscles of our fingers leave us craving the couch at the end of the day?

请问， feeling exhausted和 leave us craving the couch at the end of the day成分是不是都是状语？如果是的话，为什么feeling用的是ing形式，而leave不用ing形式，而carving用的是ing形式？

【1】feeling exhausted是现在分词作方式/伴随状语修饰谓语动词go home。

How can we spend all day typing at a computer and go home feeling exhausted?

备注：spend和go为并列谓语动词，typing和spend构成搭配，即spend +时间+(in)doing sth。

【2】craving the couch 是现在分词作宾补，结构leave sb doing sth。

How could merely activating the small muscles of our fingers leave us craving the couch at the end of the day?

备注： activating the small muscles of our fingers 为动名词短语作主语，leave为谓语动词，us为宾语，craving the couch at the end of the day为宾补。
