请问老师advanced后面是不是省略了program, one of后面可以直接接形容词吗？

如果前文已经提到了最高级后面的那个名词，原则省略。比较：

He is one of the most hardworking students in the school. （students 必须保留，否则，他可能是一位老师）

This student is one of the most hardworking (students) in the school.
