关系分句和非限定分句 - 柯帕斯英语网

尊敬的各位老师，您好！

今天翻阅章振邦高级语法偶然遇到这么一个问题：在第600页，章说关系分句是限定分句，和非限定分句隔开；但在第636页，又把非限定分句看成关系分句中的缩略关系分句，那这样的话非限定分句就相当于是一种关系分句了，这样的话这俩分句到底是啥关系，感觉有点乱。

(1)关系分句：也就是传统语法上说的“定语从句”包括“限制性定语从句” 和“非限制性定语从句”2种分句

Do you know the professor who is speaking at the meeting? （限制性定语从句）

I have forgotten everything that I learnt at school. （限制性定语从句）

Our guide，who was a French Canadian，was an excellent cook.（非限制性定语从句）

English is an important subject, which every student should study well. （非限制性定语从句）

(2)非限定分句：就是以“非限定性动词词组”并在句中充当一定句子成分的分句，即“不定式to do”，“动名词doing”，“现在分词doing” 和“过去分词done”

We started early to catch the first bus of the day.

He arrived at the station only to find that the train had left.

I am delighted to know that the result is so good.

To be a good teacher, you should study hard.

Standing on top , you can see far .

Deeply moved, I thanked the girl again and again.
