并列结构的判断
1.all the time…him是和to sit under the shady tree并列还是和a pretty companion by his side并列？如果是和to sit under the shady tree并列，它们的形式不同；如果是和a pretty companion by his side并列，with all the time in the world to talk of this and that构成with的复合结构，语法书上说with的不定式的复合结构，不定式与前面的名词构成主谓或动宾关系，这里显然是状语关系。所以是和谁并列呢？
1.a medicine是和high prices并列，还是和a foreign drugmaker并列？如果是和high prices并列，他们的形式又不同；如果是和a foreign drugmaker并列，a medicine能否做charge的主语呢？

1 all the time…him和to sit under the shady tree并列。都是不定式，只不过后面的to talk带有时间状语all the time in the world而已。
2 a medicine是和high prices并列。如果你觉得复数名词和单数名词不能并列，那么你的认识就有误区。为什么并列的名词必须形式一致呢？没有道理。你显然有一些先入为主的错误认识，需要纠正。
