This is the first time that I have visited Beijing. 这是我第一次参观北京。
This is the first time 为主句，that I have visited Beijing. 为定语从句，修饰 the time，that 为关系副词，可以省略所以，我们还常说：This is the first time I have visited Beijing. 要么用that 引导，要么省略，一般不用 when。

其他变式：This (It, That) is the first (second, third) time that ...
理由：由于this 是指示代词作主语，排除形式主语it，排除that I have visited Beijing 是真正主语；同时，排除强调结构。
