关于名词可以修饰动名词疑问

1.The weather clearing up allows me to go fishing.

The weather being fresh allows my fishing.

The weather didn't allow us being hung out.

百度结构说是：名词加动名词。

2.She didn't mind her books being taken away and used by other students.

为什么感觉动名词被动复合结构，是主谓关系翻译，不是后置定语。

她不建议她的书被拿走，而不是她不建议被拿走的书？
