Requring sb to do sth可以做主语吗？requring做什么成分？可以还原为主语从句吗?

理论上是没有问题的。例如：

Requring him to give a speech is a difficult thing.

It is a difficult thing that you requrie him to give a speech.

It is a difficult thing that he is requried to give a speech.
